Return Policy:
What items are considered returnable?
- Regular priced items are returnable.
- You will be issued a refund to your original form of payment.
- Items must be received in new condition with original tags attached.
- Your return must be within 14 days from the original ship/pick up date (as long as pick up is within 14 days of order)
- Cost of shipping for returns is covered by the purchaser.
Please allow 3-6 days to process your refund, your bank should take 7-10 days to post to your account.
Items not returnable
- Sale items marked 25% or more.
- Items marked Final Sale
- Customized items (Eg: Jersey Printing)
- Underwear
- Swimwear
- Headwear
- Gift cards
- Original shipping costs (if any apply)

Price adjustments:
We do not adjust the purchase price of any items that have gone on sale or have been further reduced in price.
Additional information:
Due to COVID 19, in order to maintain the health and well being of our team and our customers, we will be working with a reduced staff level. Thank you for your patience as returns may be extended a few days.
Pacific FC is not responsible for shipments not received if there was no tracking and signature required to confirm we received the return. Please ensure you are repackaging returns carefully as we are not responsible for items damaged during the return shipping process.
